By purchasing, downloading, or playing any co-op survival title developed by Lastlight Games, or by interacting with our community platforms, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our games or services.
2. User Conduct & Co-op Survival Ethics
Survival in our games requires teamwork, communication, and trust. We maintain a strict policy against disruptive behavior to ensure the experience remains immersive and enjoyable for all squad members.
- No Griefing or Sabotage: Deliberately ruining the experience of your team through exploits, intentional friendly fire, or base destruction is prohibited.
- Respectful Communication: Harassment, hate speech, and abusive language in voice or text chat will result in immediate account suspension.
- Fair Play: The use of third-party cheats, aimbots, or unauthorized modifications that provide an unfair advantage in multiplayer sessions is strictly forbidden.
3. Game Ownership and Intellectual Property
All assets, including atmospheric artwork, 3D models, code, lore, and audio tracks within Lastlight Games products, are the exclusive property of our studio. Purchasing our games grants you a personal, non-transferable license to play them. You may not distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our materials without explicit written consent.
4. Content Creation & Broadcasting
We encourage players and content creators to stream our games, record gameplay, and share screenshots. You may monetize this content through partner programs on standard streaming platforms. However, taking our assets out of context to promote unrelated commercial products is not permitted. Please see our Press Kit for official broadcast assets and guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our co-op survival games are provided "as is." Lastlight Games is not liable for data loss, server downtime, or any interruptions to your gaming session. While we strive for stability, the rugged and unpredictable nature of ongoing game development means occasional bugs and resets may occur.
